Homeowner Information

Val Del Estates is a thriving community where staying informed is key! Stay connected through flyers, our website, HOA Facebook page, and community communications to make sure you don’t miss important announcements!

Annual Meetings

Our community thrives on active participation, and we encourage all residents to attend the Val Del Estates HOA Annual Meeting, held on the first Tuesday of every February. This is a great opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the neighborhood, voice your opinions, and stay engaged with the HOA board. The meeting location will be announced well in advance, so be sure to check the HOA Facebook page or look for a flyer in your mailbox as the date approaches. Your involvement helps shape the future of our community, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Traffic

We ask all residents to be extra mindful of traffic safety, especially when school is in session. Please use caution during bus pick-up and drop-off hours, as this is when children are most likely to be walking, biking, or waiting near the streets. It's especially important to stay alert during Spring Break, summer months, and after-school hours when kids may be out playing. Speeding through the neighborhood can put everyone at risk, so we encourage you to follow posted speed limits and always stay aware of your surroundings. Together, we can ensure a safer environment for everyone in our community.

Bus Stops

For Dewar Elementary students, the designated bus stops within our neighborhood are as follows:

  1. Renee Place / Lu Lane Stop Sign

  2. New Way / Lu Lane Stop Sign

  3. In front of 3956 Lu Lane

Bus Times:

  • Morning Pickup: 7:00 AM

  • Afternoon Drop-off: 3:45 PM

These stops have been strategically placed within the neighborhood by the school based on student addresses for better accessibility. To help ensure smooth traffic flow and safe navigation for both the buses and other residents, we kindly ask that you avoid parking on the street overnight or while waiting for the bus. Additionally, please make sure children stay out of the street at all times. By working together, we can keep our kids safe and ensure that traffic moves efficiently during pick-up and drop-off times. Thank you for your cooperation!
